VVON grows through word-of-mouth between restoration shops, estimators, and the attorneys they work with. If you introduce someone who becomes a customer, you both get real product credit — not a t-shirt, not a $50 gift card. Honest reward, honest tool.

We run referrals as a manually-validated program for now. When volume justifies it we will wire up a self-serve referral dashboard inside the app — until then, an email is the entire flow.
The honest questions.
Who can refer?
Any active VVON customer on the Solo, Firm, Business, or Enterprise tier. The free-first-review users are welcome to refer too, but the credit applies to your next paid month — so you need an active subscription before the credit lands.
Who counts as a valid referral?
A restoration contractor, independent estimator, project manager, attorney, or claim consultant. Carriers and adjusting firms are explicitly excluded — VVON does not pay for referrals from the carrier side of the table. Friends-and-family who don’t actually use the tool also don’t count; we manually validate every referred account.
Is there a cap?
No cap on the number of referrals. There is a soft cap on stacked credit at one full year of free Pro — past that we will move you to an Enterprise conversation instead, and the math gets better, not worse.
What if my referral cancels?
Credit lands once the referral completes their first paid month — that is the trigger. If they cancel after that, you keep the credit. If they cancel inside the first month before paying, no credit lands and you can refer them again later.
Can I refer a multi-location group?
Yes, and these are exactly the referrals we want to talk about directly. If you can introduce a multi-office restoration platform, an IA firm with several adjusters, or a law firm with a property practice — write enterprise@vvon.ai with "referral · multi-location" and we will custom-build the reward structure.
Does the referred firm pay full price?
They pay full price for what they use. Their first forensic review is free (same as everyone else). When they activate a paid subscription, their first month is free as the referred-side reward. Month two onward is standard pricing — Solo $99 / Firm $299 / Business $799 / Enterprise custom.
