For attorneys & consultants

Records your appraisal panel actually engages with.

VVON™ produces forensic claim records designed for the moment the dispute leaves the carrier’s desk: appraisal, mediation, bad-faith litigation. Every line item carries a standard, a photo, and a reading. Every AI output is hashed, versioned, and replayable. Nothing you hand to opposing counsel comes apart on cross.

Audit trail
One row per call
every AI call logged with prompt + response hash, pass/fail, retry count
Replayability
Hashed prompt + response
any past decision can be reproduced exactly from the audit row
Standards basis
ANSI/IICRC + OSHA
consensus standards, admissible in every US jurisdiction
Document retention
Customizable
matter-tier retention with explicit deletion-on-demand

VVON does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for counsel. It produces the underlying technical record (scope vs. standards, policy vs. denial, evidence vs. claim). The legal arguments built on top of that record remain entirely your work product.

Trust posture

A tool, not a representative.

VVON™ is engineered with explicit boundaries. Confidence-based language. Recommendation framing. Evidence limitations. Always.

What VVON™ will never do — and what it always will

Never
  • ×Act as a public adjuster
  • ×Guarantee claim outcomes
  • ×Provide legal advice
  • ×Guarantee coverage or payment
  • ×Represent itself as an engineer or hygienist
  • ×Use aggressive, accusatory carrier language
Always
  • Use confidence-based language ("likely", "may depend on")
  • Frame outputs as recommendations
  • Disclose evidence limitations and missing data
  • Recommend contractor / professional verification
  • Cite the standard, the photo, and the reading behind every claim
  • Distinguish scope vs. price vs. coverage disputes
Common questions

No, it isn't a chatbot.

Is VVON™ a public-adjuster service?+
No. VVON™ does not represent homeowners or contractors in negotiations, does not file claims, and does not negotiate settlements. It is a forensic intelligence tool that decodes documents, structures evidence, and generates defensible estimating output. Public adjusting is a licensed activity in every U.S. state and we explicitly stay out of it.
